Can i Pick up locally?

Absolutely! Just choose “Local Pickup” at checkout then wait for an email from me to arrange a pick up time. Please contact me if you have any questions.

 

when will my order ship?

In response to COVID-19, I will be shipping packages once every week on Mondays. Orders placed on Monday should be expected to ship the following Monday, though I will always try to send it out with that days mail when possible!

returns & exchanges

I want everyone to be thrilled with their purchases. If for some reason you have any concerns or an item arrives damaged, please contact me.  Due to their delicate nature, all plant sales are final. If your plant arrives damaged or DOA, please contact within two days of delivery. 

packaging

Lots of care goes into packing every package to ensure safe arrive of your new treasures. Wherever possible, I make an effort to reduce, reuse, recycle! Please do not be alarmed if any packaging looks pre-loved!
